Use of Service
Alfredo ShiftRight provides restaurant and food & beverage operations software for internal business use.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
All activity occurring under your account
Ensuring authorized use by your staff and team members
Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Fees are billed in advance
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Acceptable Use
You may not:
Reverse engineer or copy the platform
Use the service unlawfully
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Upload harmful or malicious content
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and platform content remain the property of Alfredo ShiftRight / Alfredo Solutions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfredo ShiftRight shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
